These terms help avoid misunderstandings around quotes, design work, deposits, cemetery work and memorial examples.

1. Quotes and pricing
Quotes depend on granite type, size, design complexity, wording, accessories, cemetery requirements, installation area and any additional work required. A quote is only confirmed once Ben West Memorials has issued a final written quote.
2. Deposit, balance and production
Production normally starts after the required deposit and design approval. The balance is payable according to the agreed quote or order arrangement. Changes after approval may affect price and timeline.
3. Design approvals and custom sketches
Our in-house graphic designer can help sketch and prepare memorial concepts from your idea, photo or reference. Final production will only follow after the design is approved by the customer or authorised family representative.
4. Cemetery permits and delays
Cemetery rules, permits, grave access, municipal timelines and family documentation can affect installation dates. Ben West Memorials will assist where possible, but municipal or cemetery delays are outside our full control.
5. Gallery photos and examples
Gallery images are examples for design guidance. Final appearance may vary depending on granite colour, size, lighting, cemetery setting, wording and approved design details.
6. Guarantees
Guarantees apply according to the confirmed order, workmanship, material and installation conditions. Damage caused by third parties, cemetery work, vandalism, ground movement outside agreed scope or unauthorised changes may not be covered.
